STEAM Wednesdays

For the month of March we will be hosting the following activities:

March 4, 2026 | Prepare for Natural Hazards with LEGO®: Work together to create and design a building that won't be destroyed by earthquakes. This is a family program!
March 11, 2026 | Have a (Volcanic) Blast!: Learn facts about volcanoes, then build one of your own. This is a family program!
March 18, 2026 | Build A Ping Pong Ball Launcher!: Join us to build a ping pong ball launcher, and knock down a pyramid! This is a family program!
March 25, 2026 | Shaving Cream Marbling Art: Make some beautiful art and learn the science behind why it works! This is a family program!

For the month of April we will be hosting the following activities:

April 4, 2026 | Pollination with LEGO®: Participants will build a model that shows how animals move pollen from one plant to another during the pollination process.
April 8, 2026 | Light Up Paper Circuit Robot: We will use conductive copper tape, coin cell batteries, and LED’s to create light-up artistic robots on paper.
April 15, 2026 | Sink or Float: Titanic Edition: It’s been 114 years since the sinking of the Titanic. Can you build an “unsinkable” boat?
April 22, 2026 | Tessellations: Create your own spring tessellate using your math and art skills.
April 29, 2026 | Scrapbook Self-Portraits: Create a self-portrait inspired by Arab American artist Helen Zughaib.

Activities start at 4pm on Wednesdays and registration is required!
