 The Computer Lab is a space at the Main Library where patrons can find a quiet space for internet access, learn how to use computers, as well as where classes are held on Wednesday evenings (as scheduled). We have 20 Windows 10 PCs in the room for patron use as well as printing capabilities charged by the page.  

Open Lab Hours

The Main Library Computer Lab is open to the public during the week at these times unless otherwise noted:

Sundays: 1-5pm
Mondays: 2-5pm
Tuesdays: 2-5pm
Wednesdays: 3-8pm (6-8pm if no class/event scheduled)
Thursdays: 10-2pm

Learn about the (free)services that are provided to you with a free google account. This class will cover apps that help keep you organized and teach you how to create documents giving a brief overview of Gmail, Calendar, Keep, Chat/Hangouts, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Google Drive. All ages are welcome to attend this workshop. Prerequisites: a Google Account (and password) to work on the stations in the computer lab. Feel free to bring your personal laptop or device to follow along as well. Limited slots are available. No computer experience is necessary to attend this workshop, but having a gmail account and knowing the password is recommended. If no gmail account is owned, we will quickly review setting a gmail account up. We will be using Chrome browsers and Gmail within a Windows 10 PC setup for this workshop, but all operating systems are welcome. All ages are welcome to attend this class.
