Battery Recycling

Batteries are hazardous and must NOT go in any trash, recycling, or composting bin.

Disposal Options: 

Alameda Free Library accepts used batteries at the Main Library, 1550 Oak St. during normal open hours.
Batteries can be recycled at all Alameda County Hazardous Waste facilities
