Teen Book Reviewers

Do you absolutely love reading and sharing your thoughts on books? You can become a teen book reviewer and write book reviews for the library's teen community. For more information on the process, please read How to become a Book Reviewer with the Alameda Free Library here. 

- Teens will earn 1 hour of community service for the review

- Teens are limited to one book review per month

Teen Advisory Group (TAG)

Have a cool idea for a teen event at the library? Want to help with projects for the library's community? Interested in creating a welcoming space for teens? Join the Teen Advisory Group (TAG)! TAG is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the library. By sharing your suggestions, offering input, and supporting the library, you can help improve the experience for yourself and other teens in Alameda. - Teens will earn 1 hour of community service for attendance

- Meetings are the 1st Tuesday of the month from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Main Library in the Stafford Room
