Lab Workshop: Google Apps

The Alameda Free Library is pleased to present a workshop series in June covering the various online cloud apps and programs available to users with their google account. This event will be held in two parts at the Main Library, 1550 Oak St., from 6-7:30pm on June 19 as well as on June 26 in the upstairs computer lab. This series will be for all ages. In the first workshop on June 19, students can expect to cover the basics of communicating apps within the Gsuite such as Gmail, Hangouts, Keep, and Calendar. In the workshop on June 26, students can expect to learn the basics of the apps within Gsuite that allow you to create documents such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. Each session will be in a lecture/open question format, and based on Windows 7 PC Systems. Prerequisites for the sessions would be a Google/gmail account and a password.
